Family consulting is a relationship designed to support the work of learning new ways to build understanding, closeness, joy, and lasting positive changes within your family. Through online sessions, we will discuss current challenges, identify strengths, develop goals, and create an action plan with concrete strategies that are aligned with your family’s values. During one-on-one sessions, you can expect to receive:
Focused listening and clarifying questions as we explore core issues creating challenges in your family’s daily life.
Assistance with identifying your primary goals and values, prioritizing them to align with your family’s path, and outlining concrete steps to achieve them.
Current research-based strategies that strengthen parent-child connections and build resilient families, as well as support with assimilating this new information into your plan moving forward.
A wealth of resources regarding the science of human development, family dynamics, and effective communication that serve as fundamentals to effective strategies.
Encouragement, hope, and compassion as we find a way through present challenges.
The development of an informed perspective that enhances closeness and attunement with loved ones, as well as a plan for self-care through your own process.
